Requirements 

Real Estate Salesperson 

To be eligible to take the Pennsylvania State & National Real Estate License exams:

 

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamental

  • 45 hours of Real Estate Practice

  • Payment in full to sit for school exams

  • Pass school exams to receive school transcript

Broker Pre-licensing

To become a licensed broker in Pennsylvania one must:

 

  • Be 21 years of age or older

  • Applicants must have completed three years as licensed salespersons before applying to become a broker.

  • Complete 240 hours of education

  • Download a Broker Examination Approval Application form, from the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission

  • Complete the application form and submit it with fee, transcripts, and summary of experience

  • Await notification of application approval and authorization to sit for the Broker Examination

  • Pass the Broker's Examination

All American Real Estate School Policies 

Classroom Policy 

​At All American Real Estate School, the attendance requirements entail the following:

​

  • A minimum of 80% attendance is required to complete Pre-Licensing Salesperson and Pre-Licensing Broker courses.

  • Each student must sign in and out after each class.

​

​At All American Real Estate School, the dress code likely prohibits:​

​​

  • Religious Attire: Generally allowed as long as it's professional and not pushing an agenda.

  • Political Attire: No clothing with political slogans or endorsements to maintain neutrality

  • Offensive Attire: No clothing with offensive language, symbols, or images that could be disrespectful or inflammatory.


The goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Tuition Policy

 At times enrollments may be limited. Registrations will be accepted
on a first-paid and confirmed basis. When you register- you will receive a confirmation via email as a
receipt. Confirmation will be sent within one business day. If you do not receive registration confirmation, you are not enrolled in that course. Deposit or tuition is not transferable to another person. There will be a $35.00 NFS fee for returned checks. Transcripts are provided upon completion of the course. For transcript replacements, there will be a $50.00 fee. Full tuition is due one week before the scheduled class begins.To reschedule class, you must request to reschedule writing one week before the original class begins. If any course exams must be retaken it will be a $25.00 fee.
